What timezone are booking times in?

GMT (UK). Calendar and slots update as the day rolls over.

What is dry hire?

You rent the room and gear without an engineer. Full control: work solo or bring your own engineer.

Do you offer engineer services?

Yes. Book with engineer or dry hire. See Studios for details.

What's the minimum booking time?

2 hours minimum. Book as long as you need; overnight possible.

When do I pay?

Full payment at booking. No unpaid reservations.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Cancel >48hr before for refund. Reschedule needs 48hr notice. See Terms.

What equipment is included?

Monitors, interface, mics, headphones, stands. Bring your laptop. Full lists on Studios.

Can I bring guests?

Up to 5. Working space: keep it focused. See Guidelines.

What if I'm running late?

Session starts at booked time. Late = lost time, no extension or refund.

Mix or master here?

Yes. Optional add-ons at booking or enquire separately.

Content for socials or music videos?

Clips, highlights, music video planning. Enquire for quotes.

What should I bring?

Bring your own laptop: we don't provide one. Also bring session files and a USB drive for backups. We provide monitors and cans. Full checklist.
