Booking, payment, cancellation, and studio use.
Booking & Payment
All bookings require full payment at time of booking. No unpaid reservations. Minimum booking is 2 hours. Payment confirms your session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session start time receive no refund. Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice and is subject to availability. Late arrivals result in lost time with no extension or refund.
Studio Use
You are responsible for the studio during your booking. Damage to equipment or premises will be charged at replacement cost. Clean up after yourself. Electricity must be switched off when leaving.
Rules Violation
Violation of studio rules results in immediate termination of session with no refund. This includes smoking, unapproved guests, or any behavior that compromises the space or other users.
